Michael Pollan, Food Rules On Colbert Report
This week, Michael Pollan appeared on The Colbert Report to promote his new book “Food Rules, An Eater’s Manual“. Colbert, clearly a fan of Pollan‘s books, jokingly referred to him as a “Food Nazi” and part of the “foodshtapo”.

Colbert is at his best, especially when he throws a Bugle snack chip in his Pollan-gifted homebrew and accuses his beverage of being too salty.
